Camp Waikato is our fully catered site, meaning you can enjoy your camp without the stress of catering for yourself. Not only is this a convenient option for your group, but it can also be a more cost-effective choice.

Camp Waikato has 249 beds, and if you need additional accommodation, you can hire Camp Waipā alongside it, increasing your indoor sleeping capacity to 435 people.

Prefer to cater for yourself? Our self-catered kitchen at Camp Waikato allows you to book half the site and provide your own catering for groups of up to approximately 60 people. It can also be used as part of a culinary rotation within your school's activity programme.

With an Outdoor Chapel, Amphitheatre, excellent cabins, updated bathrooms, and much more, Camp Waikato is a fantastic place to host your next School Camp, Church Retreat, or Community Group.
